"The host was accommodating and helpful. I appreciated the kitchen, as it let me stay in and relax over the weekend. Kitchen had an apartment-sized fridge and freezer, full-size stove, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee pot. As well, there were lots, a frying pan, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Bathroom had towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Smart TV with Rogers basic cable. Bed was ok for one person. Neighbourhood was quiet. Parking on site. "

"We’ve stayed here many times for its convenient location to walk in the downtown area to services, restaurants and the waterfront! The location is a short drive to the Digby ferry. This time, we were very disappointed with not being given the room we booked! We booked a Club, King Bed, Water view room. When checking in they said the club floor wasn’t available and then asked us if we were okay with 2 queen beds. My spouse agreed that the 2 queens would be okay. We went to our room and there...

"Staff were helpful and friendly, room was a generous size and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was on the dirty side and very dated (toilet barely flushed). The hotel offered no amenities but had a basic free breakfast. Lots of parking, however not in a walkable or convenient location. Room walls were thin but no road or outside noise present, but would be an issue with loud neighbours. Would recommend this hotel if you are budget conscious or need to stay for 1 night. "Everything was wonderful "

"The staff was lovely but the room was very unclean. Stunk of cigarettes and there was burn holes in the bedding. Empty alcohol bottles and cans everywhere. We left immediately. The staff was lovely and looked defeated. My heart goes out to them but I couldn't stay there with my immune compromised husband and children "
