"The staff was very helpful and check-in was seamless. Our room seemed like it was in the middle of a renovation so there were good and disappointing things. Lots of dance-floor space with no furniture. The was very little space for any clothing for anyone that likes to unpack and not live out of their suitcase for a week. The vinyl floor in our room was not at all clean...actually pretty nasty. The location was convenient for getting on the highway. Hopefully things will be better when...

The ability to move luggage was challenging with only two old luggage racks which were unavailable when needed. The cost of the room did not reflect in the original fee even though I requested only hotels that accepted cats. I found this to be unreasonable and poorly handled. I will not return to this hotel. $300. For one night one person was an abomination."

"This is not a hotel. It's a motel. I chose a handicap accessible room, because I wanted as many safety rails as possible in the bathroom. (i'm in my 70's and have cancer and other health issues.) (This was a one night stay) The room wasn't very clean. The soap scum in the tub/shower was bad. But the worst thing was that at 9:15 pm my smoke alarm went off. (there was absolutely no smoke, and I have never smoked in my life) It would not go off. I thought the motel must be on fire...

"We love this place. That said this year we arrived during a power outage and had been placed in a pet friendly room (we did not have pets with us). I said it would be okay as they couldn't move us due to power outage. The room was not up to par as it has lots of hair (pet and human?) all over one of the beds.
