"There is a barbaric issue with this hotel . The issue is a tire spikes if you enter the wrong way . I don’t understand why any hotel would do such thing there is no entrance sign but but when you get to see it it’s too late . And if it is your first time I’d be careful. I was greeted with three holes on my tire when I checked in. Staff is great doing there job , especially a person by the name of Almog, which is a very nice and hard-working man. "We had reservations for long time yet our first room AC did Not work Was only cold air The upset was when we called them to change the room we're trying to "convince us" was working They sent 2 man to repair it More than 30 min later and 3 more maintenance men could not solve it so I called and ask for manager she was super nice and finally we got a new room"

"Nice hotel, centrally located. Lobby is clean big welcoming and pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable though would say the bathroom has seen better days. Floor behind and around the toilet was cracked, old looking, water damaged. The shower has a half door and water sprays out of the shower/bath when taking a shower. The breakfast is phenomenal and one of the best parts of the stay. Would stay again though would suggest an upgrade to the bathroom."

"As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity . There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area . The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular Delightful staff as well .
