"Staff was welcoming & professional. Place exuded cleanliness throughout. Room amenities were very good. Whole Foods Market is just several hundred feet away. The only negative is that you have to pay for parking."

"This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Was fooled because the exterior was not in bad shape and looked ok. Whoever owns/manages this location has obviously oput ZERO dollars into the place and its upkeep. I was here with my teenage daughter visiting for a college dance team tryout and was nervous and then this late at night. It was so bad she broke down in tears and at 12:45 am we just walked out and thankfully I was able to find (and pay for!) a better hotel at the last minute. So I threw away my money. This place was an absolute DISGRACE!! It totally smelled like weed everywhere from lobby to hallways to rooms. Our room had a GIANT bloodstain on carpet by the front door. How do you not replace the carpet after this? Then stains everywhere else, lights not working, terrible odors and bugs, flies, gnats, etc!! No way any normal person would want to walk around without shoes nor did we want to get into the bed and sheets. The whole place was disgusting. This rom was one of the worst maintained hotel rooms I have ever seen period! I learned my lesson and will only stay at Holiday Inns, Hampton Inns, Marriott or Hilton properties or only a few others."

"The elevator was broken. They did not have enough wash rags & towels. They told my adults children to come back in the morning and ask for amenities. Instead of going out their way to provide us with them. The hallway smelled like smoke . The telephone in the room was broke. The back door was broke and unsafe. This was a scary and the worst experience I had in a long time.. No sleep everyone use that back door they knew no key was needed."

"I needed a hotel room near the hospital on short notice. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable"

"We stayed in the room with the jetted tub. It was everything! The room was clean, it did have a funny smell but we bought spray and it was fine. The room was gigantic, the pictures don’t even do it justice. I couldn’t figure out to start the jetted tub so my wife called and the staff came in literally 2 minutes. I will absolutely stay here again."

"Loved the modern breakfast setup & variety. The pool was great & staff was friendly. Our room was a great size but we had trouble using the electronic curtains. The breakfast hours on Expedia differ from the actual Hilton hours. That should be fixed as we didn’t get to have breakfast before checking out due to the discrepancy."

"First, the staff was very helpful. I had multiple issues with my TV and they came quickly to help fix it and I was able to check in a little bit early as well which was helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was questionable."
