"The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great, but there were two things that really bothered me while I stayed there. For one, the front desk lady allowed a homeless man that was telling my husband that he had just gotten out of jail, to come inside and helped himself to the breakfast area and coffee. That made me feel very uncomfortable and secondly a Caucasian lady did not seem very friendly. I spoke to her in two different days and each time she would answer me, but did not even bother to look at me. I just thought that was really weird and not friendly at all"
