"I would give a five star rating if only we could control the temperature in our freezing cold room. The owner told us the control for the air conditioning was in the room next door. He gave us access to a key for the room but we couldn’t unlock the door. The owner was a really personable guy so good to talk to. Breakfast was cooked to order which was very nice"

"This is a bare-bones hotel, and it’s not aging well for how new it is. Hallways aren’t air-conditioned & it took about 8 hours for the room to get down to a tolerable temperature. Parking lot was absolutely full when we got back after midnight. Upsides: Room and bathroom were clean, with an excellent handicap-accessible bathtub with adjustable shower height and lots of well-placed grab bars. Breakfast was better than I expected, given the sparseness of everything else. Coffee was good...

Otherwise recommend for Bell Auditorium convienently located nearby. Also church right across from Bell Auditorium offers closes parking $10."

"Checked in and went to our room and the bathtub was not clean had hair all in it. The drain was clogged in the sink. Told front desk and they put us in a different room."

"This was a great weeklong stay at this property. The only problem we encountered was the lack of hot water from the sink in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was great! Would definitely recommend this location to anyone."

"It was just a basic hotel room, nothing special. The bed was comfy and the rooftop bar was cool. The shower kept cutting out, and the view was just rooftop AC units. If you have a ladder rack or a tall truck, you'll have to park on the side of the road. And good luck if there's a baseball game going on."
