"very nice clean rooms ; next to big shopping center; easy access by car. staff were very helpful in printing boarding passes for free."

"in Harlow town park.BUT Needs major upgrade. It isn't a hotel it's a grubby hostel with a nasty toilet and shower separate from the room. The stained shower looks like a refugee from the 1960s It's a very sad place to be. "The hotel is in horrible conditions, the room was dirty, spots on the carpet and arm chair , old rusty handles in the bathroom , my dog has stayed in better kennels!! 😩"
