"Room is clean and spacious. However, there is a smell as soon as one entered the room. The smell was not stinking smell but that of human body as if the smell of the previous guest/guests still lingered in the room. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We turned up the AC and then later our sense of smell accustomed to it, so I am not sure if the smell had gone or not. On checking in around 7 pm on Wednesday 24 June, the front desk lady on duty was not friendly at all, no smile whatsoever. The reason I pointed out her behaviour is that she gave us the old card with the old password of the wifi and when we could not connect up and went to the front desk , she just looked at it, realized there was a wrong number, changed it, handed it back with us without a word of apology. When my husband asked did you give these outdated key cards to guests? She replied very casually that only some were outdated, as if we were unlucky to get the bad ones, no big deal!! This showed that the hotel is very stingy and did not want to throw away the outdated ones. Well, for environmental reason the hotel could just change the wrong number and continued to use them. Or perhaps the boss asked this lady to change them but she did not. Actually this was not a big deal if she had smiled and apologized or crack a joke about it. As a front line worker, she really needs to review her work ethics and her boss should know about this. Actually the hotel is not bad, breakfast was quite good."
