"Excellent hotel in Biloxi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, nice amenities and very clean. Nice to be able to walk on the pier and enjoy the water. The Non-smoking casino was also a plus. Very close to restaurants and entertainment venues."

"I've stayed at this hotel in the past and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to stay here again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The bed sheets were dirty when I arrived, and the chair in the room was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have not been cleaned. It was very disappointing, especially considering the positive experiences I've had here before. "Clean rooms and outdoor pool"

"My daughter found several bugs on her bed and pillow. Showed pic to front desk but did not express guilt or desire to comp room charge or partial credit. Moved to another room. Smell of pungent marijuana was everywhere. Staff was in parking lot all smoking. When they walked in from the lot the smell was so overwhelming. Needless to say our stay was less than pleasant for $245 a room."

"Room was set to 60 degrees when we came in, that should have been the first clue, nowhere near 60 more like 77 all night. Woke up sweating like crazy. The pool was decent however only on bar tender all day at the pool bar took forever to get drinks."

"The room was clean. Great view of the bay. The hotel access to the room was a little too much. Always show my driver license was annoying. There were no towels at the pool. However, the pizza restaurant has awesome pizza."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause."
