"Excellent hotel in Biloxi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, nice amenities and very clean. Nice to be able to walk on the pier and enjoy the water. The Non-smoking casino was also a plus. Very close to restaurants and entertainment venues."

"Clean room"

"Great concept, horrible execution! Room smelled of smoke, had to purchase air fresheners to try to cover it up. Overall humidity in the room was extreme, towels felt damp even upon arrival. Air flow in sleeping area was a ceiling fan and a floor fan trying to pull cool air from bathroom area. A/C condensation dripped from ceiling onto floor by sink and on your head if you stood by sink for more than a couple of seconds. A speakeasy was advertised in the room, it was still under construction....

"I've stayed at this hotel in the past and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to stay here again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The bed sheets were dirty when I arrived, and the chair in the room was absolutely disgusting and appeared to have not been cleaned. It was very disappointing, especially considering the positive experiences I've had here before. I hope management takes better care in cleaning and inspecting the rooms so future guests don't have the...

"Staff was great"

"My daughter found several bugs on her bed and pillow. Showed pic to front desk but did not express guilt or desire to comp room charge or partial credit. Moved to another room. Smell of pungent marijuana was everywhere. Staff was in parking lot all smoking. When they walked in from the lot the smell was so overwhelming. Needless to say our stay was less than pleasant for $245 a room."

"Needs more upkeeping even the most transited area elevators needed more to be clean and the only late night eating option (steak and Shake) needs to be clean."

"Absolutely love!!! 110% recommend. I was a little nervous with it being north of the bay, but it was still very convenient. The room was gorgeous! The entire property was very well maintained. My only recommendation is music at the pool."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was beautiful, and the overall experience was wonderful. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the room felt a bit humid throughout our stay. I also noticed a small spot on the bed sheets that appeared to be dirty (though it may have just been a stain). It wasn’t a major issue, but it did give me a little pause."

"Please be aware that this place will only allow to check in after 4 PM. If you choose to do an early check-in, they can work with you but know that you need to keep constantly contacting the host in order for them to give you a code to check in. The water in the pool look green so I did not get in. Overall the inside of the facility it’s decent."

"This place charges $50 to check in an hour early. I had three rooms for my family and I to stay. Not one of the TV’s ever worked. Front desk blamed the weather and Satellite dish. It never rained a drop the 20 hours we stayed there. All three rooms had very loud A/C units when they kicked on. Overall, I was not impressed one bit. The Hyatt Place in Biloxi MS. has been removed from our list of hotels."
