"Our booking was mishandled—our information was given to another guest and our room assigned to someone else. Even after verifying our photo ID, we were given “Jacob’s” room and details. Our reservation had been checked in over an hour before we arrived, meaning staff gave out our name, email, and address. We were reassigned rooms twice; keycards failed repeatedly, requiring three trips to the desk, and we considered leaving. Returning late from business, the same keycard that had worked 7–8 hours earlier no longer worked, nearly forcing a 2am complaint after a long day and exhaustion.
The AC panel falls off. The elevator sensor malfunctions and closed on my friend. A door was propped open at 2am, raising serious security concerns about leaving valuables unattended. One mattress had a red stain resembling dried blood; the other had yellow stains resembling urine. Dead bugs were inside light casings. The bottom of the shower flexed as if I was going to fall through the floor.
The only table is broken, one leg barely attached, leaning on the wall for support. The microwave was filthy, didn’t spin, and barely heated food. Shower temperature fluctuated constantly on the same setting, making it difficult and uncomfortable to use.
Overall, the front desk employee appeared untrained—giving four keycards and three room numbers—and this stay was a deeply frustrating experience"
