"We thought the cabin that we were assigned was extremely expensive for the condition of the building and for the location in the park. We were right on the main road… our bedroom window looked directly on to the footpath of main road. Considering the emptiness of the park that night, I thought we could have been assigned a nicer spot."

"Room was very clean. Staff happy to assist with early entry, was no trouble even with 9:30am entry to room. All amenities in room were of a high standard. Bed, linen were excellent. A nice surprise with a sink to clean cups, plates etc. Even the toaster was very clean inside with no crumbs from previous tenants. Bathroom very good with excellent towels etc. Would recommend highly to one and all as a good room for overnight stay."

"When we arrived to check in the lady asked for my card details and when I asked why when I have already paid I was told she was just doing her job. Strange as i had paid in full. She was very helpful in directing us to the best places to eat. The rooms were big, clean and spacious the beds were super comfy and there wasn't much noise when we were there, the bathrooms were OK. The shower looked like it had seen better days and it had no water pressure that being said I did read a pre warning...

"Haven Waters is my go to place for overnight accommodation when travelling north . It is always spotlessly clean and comfortable- good beds, great shower and kitchen facilities. Real milk supplied none of the long life stuff. All for a reasonable price."

"The caravan park is in a gorgeous position with unbeatable scenic views over the water and mountains and is tranquil and well run. The very old cottage we hired is adequate but showing its age quite badly. and could do with a refresh. Although it comes with kitchen provisions eg plates saucepans etc they are fairly sparse particularly since the cottage sleeps up to 7. Fridge is large however and quite new. The fully enclosed little area at back is a bonus if you have a dog. Tv works well,...

"We like motels because you can park out front of your room which this is and It was clean. I can only speak about our room for 2 people for 1 night. Our room needs a refurbishment badly, things were rusty and needs a paint. There was only 1 unplugged bedside lamp on 1 of the bedside tables BUT there was no power point behind any of the bedside tables OR bed to plug into and no extension lead to plug in anywhere else (solution, get rid of the 1 bedside lamp and have none there if you cannot...
