"When I arrived they didn't have a room available for anyone who booked online but chose to pay in person. Front desk clerk told me my stay was canceled but I did not receive a singular call nor email, and my booking was not canceled on the app. Horrible experience."

"Breakfast were breakfast sandwiches, not a continental breakfast. Only the 5th & 6th floors were occupied, the rest of the floors were vacant. "

"Had to request coffee maker for room which they gave me to carry up at check-in, then had to come back down to ask for coffee pods for the coffee maker. Staff was very friendly."

"Couldn’t find the entrance well - back side (where directions lead to) was all fenced off with nothing indicating how to get to entrance. Walls very thin - was kept up in middle of night for 2 hours with loud talkers next room and could hear another room clearly through vent in bathroom. Shower had little pressure and random bursts of scalding hot water. Conditioner empty and hair dryer had only cold air (I am sure they would have switched, but cleaning crew could easily check status of these...
