"We had an excellent 3 night stay. Staff was great…they accommodated us when we asked to extend our stay by 1 night. Lots of information about St. Louis was available. The fridge, microwave and dishes on the top floor made it easy to enjoy our leftovers from Vito’s. It did get cold one night and there was no thermostat in our room, so extra blankets would have been appreciated. "

"We liked the Breakfast/Coffee Shop and it was popular with the crowd. Limited, but equitable, Happy Hour menu at the Bar, includes a Burger and/or Beer/Drink option(s). Gym had high end equipment, the Pool, Sauna/Steam and Hot Tub were all really well maintained and equipped. The Museum was a great experience with some really cool pieces. Add a Billiard and shuffleboard table and Amenities get an A++. The rooms were spacious, water pressure was above average compared to most Hotels, "

"My expedia says check in at 3:00. Hotel says 4:00 and they were terrible at communicating when rooms were done amd we didn’t get in until 4:30. Parking was ridiculously expensive and they put two pending charges for $192.00 and $242.00 before they figured out the correct amount. Had to call back because they charged me for two valet parking permits when i purchased one.. not a great experience"

"Don’t expect a sleek new hotel. Instead, enjoy staying in a clean comfortable room with the charm of staying in a downtown hotel with excellent views and delicious breakfast choices!"

"Room with Queen bed was very basic and not worth $500 one night stay. Table in room was dusty and no microwave provided in room. bed was extremely comfortable though."

"Only con of our stay was the insane amount of people at the pool both nights With water guns and multiple floating devices. Running, splashing, and playing extremely hard in complete disregard of the little ones with little to no adult supervision. Which mainly sucked because that was the main point of booking a hotel for our staycation was to have our younger ones swim. Outside of that experience loved the hotel!"

"We were traveling with our daughter and grandchild and spent four nights at the hotel on a sight-seeing vacation. We loved the inviting Bistro. The food, staff and physical set up were excellent. We also liked the comfortable ambience of the hotel in general. The location was great, easy access to sites both urban and suburban. We'd like to come back!"

"Unfortunately, this property did not live up to expectations. The room was nice but there were too many surfaces that weren’t cleaned prior to check in. The bathroom sink was barely wiped. Desk and nightstands had a dusty film and the carpet was musty. The towels were the hardest I’ve ever experienced at ANY hotel. Hotel restaurant had very few options and the staff seemed to not want to be there. It took over 20 minutes to get coffee. It was self serve, I had to wait to pay. Real unimpressed...

"We picked this location due to price, pictures, location and only needed a clean quiet comfy bed and place to sleep for 2 days. This was 100% not where we will go in the future, as bed was a rock and so uncomfortable. Room was hard to figure out air as an old wall dial system with no labeling or info on how to turn on. Paint was chipped all around with cracks and walls, tub, etc had a very unclean feel due to bad paint job. One minor inconvenience also not stated on Expedia is the dress code...
