"VERY clean and generously sized room. When I entered, I was greeted by a warm room, which I appreciated since it was cold and rainy outside. The check-in experience was excellent. We were taken care of by Nick, who was personable, professional, and friendly. I didn't take advantage of the buffet breakfast because I had to leave very early. I just stayed one night, but after a long day at the hockey rinks, the stay was perfect."

"To me, it was more like a motel than a hotel, but in the honesty, the room was clean a little dated, but had a powder room plus the bathroom not that myself or my grandson needed. It TV worked fine. The beds were comfortable. We were just down the hall from the pool and hot tub, which was nice to meet with the back problem. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. It actually alleviated some of the pain and being able to swim in the pool without needing, my legs was wonderful. Front desk was helpful. The next time we’re passing through and need a place to stay, we’ll stay there. The price was right."

"It was a little awkward when I first arrived. Seemed the room wasn’t available. After that worked out I stayed 4 more nights and it was perfect. The young lady working the front desk was an absolute pleasure to deal with . I asked for extra blanket and she actually warmed it in the dryer first . VERY accommodating and so polite and respectful. I hope the management realize what a valuable employee they have . I definitely would stay there next visit and would not hesitate to recommend the motel!!!!!! Simply the best , close to and in walking distance to all the hot spots in Hope"
