"When we checked in Thursday evening young lady at the front desk was smiling , helpful, and kind. She also helped us with the TV. Issue later in the evening , what a pro. "Staff were very kind, helpful and attentive. I chose the place because it had a pool but the pool was closed while I was there and that was disappointing. Room was adequate for the price. Nothing fancy but had the necessities."

"Mattresses were absolutely horrible. We had two suites with 12 people total and nobody slept well. The breakfast is great. The view is stunning (little Switzerland?). The rooms were clean and the pool was good. The hot tub needed cleaning so we didn’t go in it."

Not sure how comfortable we were with the cleanliness of the place. Air conditioning looked old. Room was quiet for the most part. Bedspreads and blankets seemed old and used."
