Nice hotel with friendly staff. My only complaint is the breakfast. The bisquits were very hard like they had been out all morning and therr was no gravy. Eggs were dry. But other options were fine.

We loved this hotel! Very convenient off the highway, lots of dining. They gave us a great room with our dog next to the exit on the main floor. Room was great, large enough and very clean. We found the hotel very quiet and clean. The outdoor area is lovely with a great area for your dog. Hotel employees were so helpful and friendly and had a very good free breakfast ! We will definitely stay here on our way down and back to Florida!

Little things matter. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner on the wall on the shower. Rubber bathtub mat to keep you from sliding. Access to outlets to recharge cell phone. Shower water temperature perfect from the start. Easy to adjust room a/c temps. Room 140 was convenient to outside, but because of that i could hear lots if foot traffic in late evening and in early morning.

This is a nice, clean, and conveniently located hotel. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The staff member that checked us in was very efficient and friendly. I would stay at this hotel again and would definitely recommend it to others.

There is a supermarket opposite. It is very convenient to buy things. The sanitation is also very clean. But the furnishings in the room are a bit old.

There is NO ELEVATOR on the second floor which makes it hard to carry suitcases up and hard on people with walking issues. Also, the layout was weird. We got to the Second Floor and had to go through a second set of doors to find our rooms. The showers are also meant for shorter people. My husband is 6’4 and he struggled. I was fine because I was only 5’4. Otherwise, the facility was nice looking and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom door wouldn’t latch and the toilet barely flushed. There was also an awful almost like mildew smell in the room. Breakfast was great, and the staff was great.

The people working were lovely however our rooms had broken items. My door knob to bathroom was loose, the air conditioning didn’t work properly and the tub didn’t drain properly when taking a shower. We were notified that there weren’t any maintenance people on staff anymore.

We liked the price and availability of different restaurants and closeness to 81. There were things that were broken that had not been addressed because there was no maintenance dept. Apparently all the maintenance people left.
