"I stay at this hotel often, and it’s always my go to when staying in KC. It’s consistently nice. The people are friendly, the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The free breakfast is always great, with fresh fruit, biscuits & gravy, fresh waffles and omelettes among the options. It’s also very safe. The exterior is well lit, with cameras, and a tag reader."

"The staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I love that the air conditioning was nice and cool when entering the room. I stayed because I needed to be close to KU hospital for surgery the next day and I had a very peaceful and comfortable nights rest. Plenty of towels in my room, lots of amenities if you need them, and again I have to say the staff are some of the friendliest people I've met working at a motel. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. Absolute 5 stars in my opinion. "

At check-in, the front desk employee explained the unique features of staying here (filtered drinking water, cooked breakfast with a focused menu, free usage of bicycles, indoor saltwater pool, etc.). These features, along with the eco-friendly environment, are all favorable aspects of hotel properties in Europe. The hotel is within easy walking distance of several restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking is available. This is a great option when looking for a place to stay in Overland Park/Lealand areas."
