"The biggest turn off to any patron is cleaniness which this room was not. Curtains dirty, coffee machine dusty, Sucks to open bathroom door & you have to walk sideways so u don't touch toilet. Needs a remodel"

A couple misses: for a hotel that touts environmentally astute choices, the breakfast that was mostly packaged highly processed food was pretty disappointing. The much touted espresso machine was available 24/7....but out of order. The coffee in urns was fine, but nothing but fake creamer to put in it (i did eventually find some actual milk ostensibly for the cereal. "

"The property was not like it was shown in the images. There was tape on the floor when you walked on the floor. It was like walking on a sticky substance. There stains going across the ceiling. The staff was in a helpful there was $100 fee for the night and a $50 check-in fee, which is not disclosed."
