"The hotel staff was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. Their professionalism made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The only downside was that the room was missing a few basic amenities. There were no complimentary bottles of drinking water, and there was no body wash provided in the shower. These are small details, but they make a difference in a guest’s experience.

"The room was clean and quiet. We had a good sleep. It would have been nice to have a working bathroom fan. It got very steamy while showering. The coffee and breakfast were not very good. The staff was kind and friendly, but it would have been nice to have a bell at the counter at check in because we had to wait for someone to show up for a minute or two when we were checking in. Overall, good stay!"

"Faucet was broken and the water that came in the sink was burning and unbearably hot.
The washrooms were not clean. However the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room which was just as bad.
There was a brown stain on the comforter which was disgusting.
Wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you have nowhere to stay in Kansas city"
