"The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were ok, but don’t look like the pictures on the site. It was ok just to have a place to come and sleep for the price and that I could bring my small dog. There wasn’t a pool, which is listed as an amenity. If there was a free breakfast I wasn’t ever aware of it. The beds are comfortable. For the price I would stay here again."

"The room was clean and quiet. We had a good sleep. It would have been nice to have a working bathroom fan. It got very steamy while showering. The coffee and breakfast were not very good. The staff was kind and friendly, but it would have been nice to have a bell at the counter at check in because we had to wait for someone to show up for a minute or two when we were checking in. Overall, good stay!"

"Room clean, quiet, good bed. Only complaint : Air conditioning either blowing freezing air on bed, or when cycles off, the room gets too hot quickly. Great breakfasts! Convenient location."

"Breakfast was very good. Our room however had a musty smell. Rooms were switched to across the hall. The smell wasn't as bad, but still there."

"Faucet was broken and the water that came in the sink was burning and unbearably hot. The washrooms were not clean. However the staff was kind enough to transfer us to another room which was just as bad. There was a brown stain on the comforter which was disgusting. Wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you have nowhere to stay in Kansas city"

"This hotel has gone down hill. Moldy smelling rooms. Holes in the carpet and curtains. Room doors that wouldn’t close all the way."

"Well it was a place to sleep for the night. Shower had holes in the wall, curtain had already fell off and they fixed it and did not fix the holes. All the tvs were hung crooked. Kinda dirty. The breakfast was a let down. I just wish the soccer fifa was not in town so I could have got a better room at another location. I have a year old baby and was afraid to set her down. If you need a place to sleep and don’t care where this is your place but if you have a small baby or want a clean experience...
