No bath despite the room being described as “perfect for families”. Obviously never tried to shower two babies. Not near Ghent nor close to any convenient travel options (closest Tram is 20 minute walk away)"

"The room was really excellent, so quiet, we barely heard a thing! Staff were so helpful with our requests and we were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, great choices and well stocked. My only very minor issues were: we had a water bottle in our room which I assume was meant to be full, it never was. And, I drink a lot of coffee, only one day was our tea and coffee topped up and that was the day I left the drawer open to make it obvious. Also our room kept demagnetising so...

She went well above and beyond and it did not go unnoticed. She not only corrected the issues but also made up for the mishaps, immediately. "Zentrales schickes Hotel Unser Zimmer war zwar nicht groß aber das reicht für ein Stadthotel. Bad mit Dusche sauber und neuwertig. Im Zimmer hat man kaum was von außerhalb gehört. Nur zu Stoßzeiten war es im Frühstücksraum sehr voll."

"The hotel offers a lovely atmosphere and beautiful design with good amenities. The shower and kitchen appliances worked well, and the host was friendly and helpful via messages despite occasional slow replies. Minor issues included internal doors rubbing the floor, a broken trash bin lid, a slightly loose toilet causing noise, and morning noise in the Daydream room near the entrance and stairs, though none ruined my stay. I hope to stay there again."
