Terrible property. Supposed to be non smoking, but every room reeks of cigarette smoke. Have no idea how they got 7.2 rating. This is mathematically impossible.

The best thing I can say about the place was that it's cheap, especially for a place that allows pets. Unfortunately there was a lot that wasn't so great, even when you do consider the cost. - The TV was just a huge pain in the ass to use. - The internet was slow and inconsistent and just completely went out for like 12 hours. -The key cards continuously stopped working and we kept having to go back to the front desk to get them working again. - While we were gone on one of the first days a housekeeper entered the room to clean because apparently you need to request for people to NOT go through your stuff when you're not there. - The water pressure and the temperature was constantly fluxuating. Trying to have a shower was often annoying because the water would often shift from too cold or too hot regardless of how hot we actually set it. - The minifridge was a nightmare. It would randomly make this really loud and obnoxious buzzing sound that drowned everything out. We had to go through some really annoying workarounds to make it shut up. The staff seemed pretty nice, but the room itself was far from ideal.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff sat in their car and smoked while locking customers outside of the lobby. The room was completely unclean and there was a dead roach on the wall. When I tried to talk to staff about ending my reservation, she was rude and told me “that’s not my problem that is the morning manager who handles that so don’t expect a refund.”. Despite me showing her pictures of poop on my toilet in my room, the roaches and the unclean bed she did nothing. This was the worst place I have ever stayed and I will not be back.

Staff were unprofessional. Bed size was not a queen, not even a full size. Room was clean decently. One throw pillow. This is a place you go to alone. Not even accommodating for two people. Pictures are a lie the room looks NOTHING like it. But i guess thats what you get for a motel under $100.

The room was nothing like the photos on the website. It was extremely dirty, with cigarette holes in the blankets, an uncomfortable bed that felt like a box spring, and an overall unclean, unpleasant environment. We took photos and immediately booked a hotel across the street. Both my mother and I canceled our reservations in person, signed refund paperwork, and were told we’d be refunded—but we never received it. After multiple follow-up calls, we gave up and lost over $300, on top of paying for another hotel just to stay two nights. Very disappointing experience.

Upon arrival the door wouldnt latch. I was told theres wernt other rooms. Had to fix myself to make the room secure. Non smoking room but smelled of canibis. Paid for a room with fridge and microwave yet room had neither. No towels in the bathroom. Would not reccomend.

Room was supposed to be non smoking and smelled like smoke! Room is nothing like in booking pictures, rooms are smaller and beds are small, limited space, not in god condition. This motel is more for homeless people, druggies etc
