"Breakfast was okay, nothing great. Had to pay £10 for parking, which I was not made aware of. The room had some bad stains on the carpet. There was a loud sound all night, felt like being inside a tumble dryer. We have stayed in much nicer hotels in Birmingham which were a lot cheaper. "

"Got a young kid in tears after planning our stop here especially for the pool, no mention of “no kids allowed” in the pool on the website. Please update your advertising of the pool as a tantalizing “rare find” for families who won’t have access to the pool, as we only spring for this fancy place for that reason. "

"Close to Birmingham New Street train station, great! Rooms have a more modern style, which is cool! Breakfast area is really nice and the menu served is fresh. There is a small store next to the hotel opened 24 h too! My bed sheets were stained, so it was somewhat uncomfortable, but I would come back still. Recommended in overall! "
