"Room was clean and refurbished but let down by the bathroom
The toilet was badly located and toiletries insufficient ( particularly as there was nowhere to shower in spa) due to no changing rooms being available
Parts of the hotel have been refurbished and are lovely although often just superficial but the other parts are very tired and and unloved.
Spa - the areas which were available were very good and clean but again doors were lacking in cleanliness and if you look closer corners are...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel, excellent location and helpful staff. Alex was so helpful at the check in.
Food was amazing at the Brasserie. I would say 5*hotel rather. Loved our sty, definitely coming back."

"Great location, just a short walk into town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and had a lovely ensuite. Only downside was a loose toilet seat and extremely small pillows. Nevertheless we would use this hotel again. "
