Please inform any office of any concerns that you have, as we did not know it was on or how it was turned on. We would have easily fixed it for you so very sorry.

Hi John Thank you for your feedback which we do appreciate. As you know the park is 4ha in size and campers can choose their own site and size to spread out on. It always amuses us that with this freedom of choice, people still choose to site themselves close to others! Dear guest We provide a fitted sheet, pillow and pillow case, which is clearly listed on the cabin room description for guests to read. We have linen available at reception for those guests who have not brought their own top bedding, and we would have happily arranged this for you upon your request. We have other levels of accommodation on offer that include all linen and it is up to guests to choose which type of accommodation is affordable for their stay. Sorry your stay was not as expected. However we can not fix the problem if we are not aware of it. Safe travels

Four washing machines 95% of the time is adequate for the campground, however we do try to ensure there is always a machine and dryer available for guests when we experience high usage by staff. I will ask our staff to pay particular attention to this. Safe travels
