"The room we stayed in (#3) was featured on their Expedia page and on their website and looked very good as far as motels are concerned, but we're pretty sure the photo was taken many, many years ago because everything in the room was just old and worn. "Mould on our ceiling. TV difficult/slow to operate.
No opening window in our room-however did get the sorted. Really needs a couple of handles on the sash window to get it to slide up."

"Well appointed room and lovely welcome from owners on arrival. Really good views of Russell township and the water / boats. Only thing I would say, bring some strong legs if you plan on walking - the driveway is STEEP hahaaaa. Had a very pleasant stay (5 nights)."

"Great spot, great host that second visit there has always been delightful to stay at so happy to make this a permanent spot for when I need to travel north and spend the night. Neighbouring restaurant was a bit of a let down sadly."
