"Nice staff everywhere. Bar, restaurants, front desk...one disturbing thing though...Asked 3-4 people at front desk if I could get the Milwaukee Brewer game on TV....they had no clue. I found a "Milwaukee" channel guide on the TV, which turned out was impossible to use....also no one knew about that. A couple times the person went to ask a "manager", only to come back with no answer. Disappointing."

"Great hotel, only one complaint. No coffee makers!!!! I am NOT going to crawl out of bed, get dressed and have coffee after peeing, brushing my teeth then finally …. Put my shoes on, then walk from the end of the hall,!down the elevator and finally see a fancy coffee pot, but people loitering for their first cup like me. ugh!"
