"The room was clean and shower was good with heat and pressure, but sliding door leaked. Water bottle filling station and breakfast was good!"

"Room was dusty and smell like it’s hasn’t been occupied for years! With all the dusty, soon you start to feel itching. Staff were great and friendly, just the room, not happy with it. "

"Hotel had limited parking. The hotel room was dated, one small trash bin w/ no bag in it, complementary coffee/ breakfast was basic and looked gross. The lady working breakfast was yelling at 3 different guest in front of alot of people, and seemed to be moody. Probably wont stay there again! "

"While staying at the heritage inn, the first thing I noticed was that the room phones did not work. I then called the front desk from my cell phone and watched no one answer the phone. I didn’t get my room cleaned or received fresh towels at all and had to walk to the front desk for more toilet paper. Then the pool was ice cold each day and no one came to assist in making the experience better. "

"Staff was great. The live music was awesome and our waitress at the restaurant was delightful. The pool was closed and we got no notice before hand. The rooms are tired and in need of some updates, but the beds are very comfortable."

"The rooms are not clean they seem to be rushed. Hair on the ceiling, clogged sink, dust in. Vanity bathroom, hair on the TV, humidity in. The bathroom wall paper seems to have a bit of mold growing. Convenience for location, staff is friendly, but the rooms are not cleaned properly. "

"Our room was dirty. The bathroom was FILTHY, moldy and mildew everywhere accompanied by hairs that didn’t belong to us. Spider webs in every upper and lower corner of the room. Cobwebs on the ceiling . Stains on the bed sheets and comforter. We requested a non smoking room two times and our room smelled like there was an entire pack of cigarettes burning. We didn’t have an ice bucket because they are not required to keep them for every room. The front desk said they had a handful of them, but...

"Everything was wonderful!! The only thing I might suggest is that the pool hours might be lengthened to 7a.m. -10p.m. to make it better for early risers."

"Parking was a cinch. The location is serene and relaxed. A darling wine bar across the street and Walgreens is a 3-minute walk. The free breakfast was a bit chaotic but adequate. I was dismayed to see teenagers wearing pajamas in the breakfast area and well-fed families hoarding food, but this is the new normal, I guess. "

"Yes. Everyone was very kind. Our refrigerator wasn’t working and we lost some of our food that we had brought. They fixed the refrigerator and gave us 2 pizzas and cookie for our evening meal. That was so kind would stay here again. Very friendly."
