"Excellent stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The area felt very safe, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. Their excellent service made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...

"Our room had an adjoining room (not travelling with them) . The sound insulation was bad. They had their TV on around 5 AM and they were on their phone talking woth someone else. We could hear them!!!"

"Helpful staff and clean facility. Don’t plan on sleeping! Very loud neighbors, partying, music, arguments, multiple people in and out of the room, until 4 AM. No security, or staff, walking the hallways. They are only in the casino."

"Location was excellent. Waking distance to variety of restaurants. It is located in downtown so only option for parking was $79 daily valet parking. Breakfast was really good but seats were limited."

"Nice property with three exceptions. First, no grab bar in a very slippery shower. Second, no bellmen. Third, air conditioner was loud when turning on and off. Otherwise, excellent staff and attractive rooms. Good value."

"This hotel is in a great location downtown. Very walkable area. Parking ramp is attached to the hotel so very easy parking. We ate breakfast at the restaurant/bar area and it was good. Not crazy expensive. Rooms were clean. Elevators are fast and there are enough of them so very short wait times. Even on the 15th floor, the sirens are still pretty loud and woke me several times, but welcome to the city :). Shower water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. Cost for the hotel was...

"The staff were not helpful at all. The night lady was asleep when we got back from a concert and we had to bang on the windows to get her to let us in the hotel. And then we asked for a late checkout and they told us no. They didn’t even look to see if the room was booked. Just no."

"This apartment was everything that I needed. Had all available appliances and necessities to have dinner late night. location was perfect. The apartment is secured and safe. Lockers are available after checkout to not have to lug around your belongings before leaving the city"
