"Our room had an adjoining room (not travelling with them) . The sound insulation was bad. They had their TV on around 5 AM and they were on their phone talking woth someone else. We could hear them!!!"

"Helpful staff and clean facility. Don’t plan on sleeping! Very loud neighbors, partying, music, arguments, multiple people in and out of the room, until 4 AM. No security, or staff, walking the hallways. They are only in the casino."

"Room was dirty when I brought it to staff attention they requested from housekeeper to clean it while I was out came back hours later and somethings still hadn’t been cleaned. My overall experience was terrible I couldn’t enjoy all the amenities due to others lounging across the room with their shoes off as if they were in their own private room. Just wish I would have chosen a different place"

"This hotel is in a great location downtown. Very walkable area. Parking ramp is attached to the hotel so very easy parking. We ate breakfast at the restaurant/bar area and it was good. Not crazy expensive. Rooms were clean. Elevators are fast and there are enough of them so very short wait times. Even on the 15th floor, the sirens are still pretty loud and woke me several times, but welcome to the city :). Shower water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. Cost for the hotel was...

"No big frills, but a solid place to stay when coming to explore the city. Good location for access to the museums with good proximity to Soldier Field. Also nice to be able to walk down the street to hit up a grocery store or convenience store. Overall a good place to chill in between city adventures."

"This apartment was everything that I needed. Had all available appliances and necessities to have dinner late night. location was perfect. The apartment is secured and safe. Lockers are available after checkout to not have to lug around your belongings before leaving the city"

"We got in early on a train and they held our bags until the room was ready, which they got for us prior to check in time. Pool was open, though marked as not available on the website. We walked everywhere in the Fulton Market area from this location. No hills, rental bikes everywhere, very walkable city. "
