"Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't like needing to use two elevators that required me to use my room key in order to get to my "handicapped" room where there was a regular tub to climb over and a shower head that I could not reach to use without calling my 6 foot spouse to get it off the hook."

"Room - Was relatively clean. Desk area in the room had some sticky leftover residue. Trash cans weren’t completely empty upon check in. There was a faint “off” smell. Staff - Front desk agent was satisfactory. They were training another person at the time of our check in process, so we felt like most of the attention was being given to the trainee and not us. We felt safe in the building, so we appreciated that!!"
