"Las habitaciones demasiadas pequeñas para 6 personas. No había espacio para acomodarnos luego de colocar las maletas en el cuarto. Nos dieron una litera de tres camas hacia arriba, era una tragedia bajarse de ahí, no podiamos ni sentarnos en las camas. Lo único pasable fue la ubicación que estaba cerca de la estación del tren y como 20 minutos de times square."

"Hotel was clean, had great amenities, it was quiet and staff was so very helpful. We are mobility compromised and they did everything they could to make it easy to ambulatory.
Definitely will stay again."

"Exactly as described - small but clean, in an amazing location. We're a family of six, so it was a tight fit, but it worked well as a place to sleep and shower after exploring the city. I would stay here again and recommend it if you don't mind a smaller space."

"Make sure to check your room for basic necessities when you first arrive. Good luck otherwise. You CANNOT get in contact with the front desk staff. The 3 different phone numbers for the property are all intermediaries and absolutely unhelpful. Even the self help cabinets were near empty and missing the items we needed. We also tried to go direct to the front desk and they were not there when we most needed them. We waited over 15 minutes during business hours. Nothing.

"Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk."
