"My stay at The Leta in Goleta was such a lovely experience. The hotel strikes that perfect balance between relaxed California ease and thoughtfully curated style, everything feels intentional without ever trying too hard. Bed was great, the pillows too. Nice products in the room. Very relaxing stay. Overall, it’s the kind of place that feels like a mini escape without needing to go far. I’d absolutely come back."

"The staff was very friendly, and the location was easy to get to. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning (grout deteriorated, baseboards dirty), but otherwise decent. Amenities were what I expected from this chain. This hotel was implementing a new check-in system that required guests to scan their ID into a kiosk to be verified by an attendant. This alone will make me never stay here again."

"Mostly clean room. Some stains on the furniture. Not a huge deal. The worst part was the bed. It was like sleeping on a rock. For $350 a night I expected to at least sleep through the night. Instead I woke up multiple times in pain. Also it's ridiculous they charge $15 a night for parking. They want to nickel and dime you for everything. This place is barely even in Goleta. "

"Property was pristine. Staff was so efficient and pleasant and helped with everyone of our needs. "

"There were several issues but the most memorable was the water pressure with the shower head. It was basically a trickle. It was like showring with a waterhose on the lowest water settings. When I wanted to make coffe in the room, there was old coffee still there. The televisions connection was the worst, it kept pixalating and freezing. I could hear the other rooms water pressure all night. When I went to get coffee from the lobby's free breakfast, there was a homeless woman eating breakfast in the lobby and knowbody blinked an eye. I could go on. But i think I've said enough."
