"The room was very basic but clean It is showing some signs of wear, a scrape in paint in the bathroom, the shower curtain rod is rusting. The breakfast was the same every day, no sliced bread for toast, no waffle maker, powdered eggs, shaved bacon sausage alternating. Only vanilla yogurt from a machine. We have been coming here off and on for over 20 years. We noticed the changes."

"My go to place whenever I'm in santa Barbara. Nice property. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The only downside is they now charge for parking. "

"nicely renovated property with bespoke feel. lobby was lively and outdoor space with swings and fire pit was enjoyable. pool area nice but the hot tub was overrun by kids. we were in a family suite for 4 but our room had only two towels and we kept having to call for more. best value for price in the area. will stay again."

"There are people permanently living in this hotel. Not sure where they were living before but there are some serious characters that hangout in the lobby and around the property. Did not feel very safe. Would not recommend for anyone with a family or children."

"I do not recommend this hotel. The hotel advertises included parking, but I had to leave my car parked on the street. Check-in was also inconvenient because I had to go to a different hotel to complete the process. The room was very outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom looked so worn out that I felt uncomfortable using it, and the jacuzzi tub appeared old and unclean. The worst part of my stay happened at checkout. I arrived around 11:30 PM and paid over $400 for one night. The next day...

"We decided to extend our trip, stay one more night and found this place and couldn’t have gotten luckier! It is absolutely adorable! The wallpaper, the outside patio, the kind ladies running it, all so beautiful! The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and so nice of them to do. It is in a nice, quiet, slow area, perfect for a restful getaway. I already recommended it to a friend because of cute it was so if you are considering stay here, book it! You will not be disappointed!"
