"Empezaré por el personal, muy atento y muy educados, siempre a disposición. No es un gran hotel, pero cumple todas las expectativas para una visita a Londres. Distancias, 5 minutos de la Abadía de Westminster y 8 del Big Ben. Parada de metro a 4 minutos. Y el desayuno, pues el típico inglés, no hay embutido pero está bien. Recomendable"

"寝るためだけにホテルを探しましたが、丁度、休日の夜の為か、他の日よりも凄く安く泊まれました。朝食もつけませんでしたが、館内のカフェは美味しそうに見えました。近代設備でお湯の出も良く、ポットにてコーヒーも飲め、デカフェのインスタントもありました。チェックインカウンター横には水が置かれ果物が翌朝にはありましたので頂きました。荷物預けは専用の部屋に置いてくださり引換券を、安心でした。ホテル目の前にバス停があり、徒歩で地下鉄駅も複数あり、かつテムズ河迄も近く楽しめました。"

"Much better than expected based on reviews I had seen. No issues at all. Friendly staff at check in (although it's all done on an iPad but you need your booking ref which you don't get from Expedia). Room did what you needed. Good shower, nice bed. No TV but I was barely in the room and no hairdryer but I brought my own. "

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. This hotel was super efficient and made us very comfortable. My only criticism was there were not enough outlets in the room for our liking. We had a king size bed and pull out sofa for 3 people and it was a little tight but the bathtub made up for it. Would totally stay here again!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay in London made even better by the staff of The Strand Palace.
From our very dapper doorman Anthony at arrival and early check in with Saloni to the kindness of Mohammed our porter at departure, the hotel did not disappoint. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The food and service at Haxell’s breakfast buffet and dinner were excellent.
