"They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans.
Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!"

"Our stay at this beautiful resort started well before our stay. Cindy reached out to confirm our time of arrival, provide directions and caution us on the local roads due to a rain storm that had just passed through. If that wasn’t enough, Cindy then messaged us back to confirm our lodging, advised us how to access the resort and get our selection for the next morning’s breakfast.
All this occurred during our drive from Liberia to the Serenity Eco Lodge. Way above and beyond.

"I have stayed here several times, but it has changed over time. The restaurant has changed and now has a few craft beers, but the service was better before.
There is some new venue close by that blasts music. I suppose that makes the hotel more convenient if you are going to that venue, but less pleasant if you are just looking to have an easy trip to/from the airport."
