"The room was not as clean but the property was beautiful and the manager she was amazing and so helpful "

"Room was not clean on arrival just bedding was changed still had old room service dishes inside. For being a fairly new property it was in very poor shape. Railings broken, lights broken, and paint peeling in general areas. This is the 5th dreams location I’ve been to and the only one I would never recommend. Was not very busy while we were there and service was still just ok not good or fast. Buffet very small and not a lot of variety. Pool was good and clean and beach was very nice, lots of waves but still spots you can swim easily "

"The staff was amazing! They are on top of everything. You never have to wait for a drink. The room was clean and roomy. The air conditioning worked great, and the beds were comfortable. The pools and beach were great, but the water in the bay is murky due to the river. Don’t plan to snorkel at the resort, but they do offer snorkel trips. "

"Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y con instalaciones nuevas. Deberían poner ganchos o percheros dentro de los baños, porque no hay donde dejar la ropa para cambiarse. El desayuno se sieve en el buffet La Terraza, donde también se puede almorzar y cenar. Es variado y agradable, con balcones con vista a la playa. Hay cuatro restaurantes a la carta, mediante reservas: son regulares. El equipo de animación, Chocolate Team, es muy simpático y divertido y busca integrar a los pasajeros en actividades recreativas (el mejor, Depo, muy simpático). Es un resort pequeño en el que todo está cerca y no se necesita el traslado en carritos. "

"Perfect for first all inclusive resort experience. Definitely primarily focused on families and older guests, but there were some other young people to connect with. Super relaxing, safe and beautiful and wonderful staff. Food is 11/10. Best to book excursions through the resort for reliability, and the photographer was great too. "
