"全般的には問題無く、快適に過ごせました。清掃も行き届いており、備品も充実しています。　強いて言えば目の前の道路を通過する車の走行音が気になりました。特に夜、寝る前に気になります。備品ではコーヒーメーカーの中が、コーヒー粕がこびり付いており、しばらく茶色いお湯が出て来ました。"

"the location is close to the station, an easy walk even at night. the facility was clean and in order. There was plenty of extra bedding and the instructions were very thorough and clear"

"Wonderfully modern and clean home. The best part was the restaurant next door and the private Onsen soaring tub. They provide a number toiletries as a convenience if you didn’t bring any. The mini splits do take time to warm up the home, but once they do it is very comfortable. "

"The villa is so clean and modern. Japanese style futon , complete house appliances, you can wash and cook. Very close to Hakone Yumoto station. I recommend it to any one travelling to Hakone . You will not be dissappointed"

"とても綺麗で過ごしやすかったです。宿泊者全員とても気に入っていました。困った点といえば、事前の施設利用方法（鍵の暗唱番号含む）のお知らせが来なかったこと。心配になって連絡しましたが、施設からはエクスペディアへ送っている、とのことでしたが、メールごみ箱なども確認しましたが、やはり見つかりませんでした。どこかでフィルタされてしまったのか？施設の連絡先に連絡してからはとても丁寧に対応していただき、不安は解消されました。 "

"予約時に宿泊人数の食い違いがありましたが、施設はとても綺麗でキッチン用品もほぼ揃っているのでとても過ごしやすかったです。子供達も大喜びでした。駐車場は確かにわかりずらいので、サイトの動画で確認してから行くのをおすすめします。また、機会があれば利用したいです。"
