"I like this hotel because, we had a poolside room. The pool area is not cold, it’s comfortable. The pool area does not smell like chlorine!! The hot tub and pool are right next to each other. Hot tub water floats over the wall into the pool so the pool is not freezing cold! It’s a great set up! Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable. Not the newest place, but for the money. It’s great. Will stay again. Precious (Mgr name) was super friendly!!"

"In all fairness, they are renovating now, which I didn't know when booking. Our room was renovated and quite nice. The room was spacious, nice bright bathroom with only a shower, no tub, which was fine for me. The shower head is positioned why too high so you can't really adjust it, unless you are tall. The bed was very comfortable. The bedding and pillow were great. It was quiet as there were only maybe a handful of guests....if that. Breakfast was okay. Eggs, sausages, waffles, yogurt, white...

"Probably will choose another facility while traveling to Grand forks. Staff not friendly and breakfast marginal at best. Elevator and hot tubs under repair, pool was bad family didn’t swim because of appearance."

"Everything about the Hampton property was excellent, the Expedia app was the thing that was 2 thumbs down, I was booked and paid for in the app, but when I went to check in nothing was sent to Hampton Inn from Expedia. Was an exhausting experience just to check in, thankfully the staff at hotel were accommodating, having said that I will no longer be using Expedia for any travel arrangements"

"Cleaning was less than adequate. Food bag and fries were under our pull out couch. Pool area wasn't cleaned the 3 days we were there. Our stay was still nice just wished it was cleaner"

"The pool and hot tub were nice and the pool side room options were nice as well. The room was very small, and the bathroom was at the back of the room instead of the front, putting the bed right by the door. Our stay was good overall and all the staff were very friendly and helpful!"

"The property was very up to date and clean. Staff was friendly and check in easy. The room was fairly spacious with a larger compact fridge and small microwave. TV sound did carry through the wall from the next room but it wasn’t loud enough to be an issue. The hotel is conveniently located to get back and forth to the university, although the city needs to repair the road the hotel is on. I did not partake of the breakfast so have no comment on it."
