"The positive side of my experience is the super lovely staff, good location and size of the room. Unfortunately i took some stars off as the bathroom wasn't very clean, a lot of dust, not fresh toilet roll but left over from previous person....the shower curtain was incredible smelly I had to keep the window open durin my stay because of that which I will be honest ruined the joy...the hairdryer was literally covered in dust was just very unpleasant each time I was stepping in yhe bathroom. I think a shower curtain in a hotel is super bad idea not hygienic at all and is a shame because I do think overall the hotel has great potential. I did had breakfast included which unfortunately I haven't had the chance to check but I did bought a sandwich from the reception side during the day and was tasty. "

"The room was lovely and clean. The staff were ever so friendly and the breakfast offered a wide range of food which was absolutely delicious. "

"The room was tiny as was the bed. It was either too hot or too cold. It said wheelchair friendly but you couldnt get in the properry without someone with you to notify the reception to start the lift and getting to the lift was a nightmare. The staff were fantastic though "

"I've stayed here about 12x. When visiting from America, I feel at home at the hotel. The staff is beyond friendly, cordial, respectful, and accommodating. The location is perfect for seeing Berlin. Please don't tell to many people about this gem. I don't want them raising their rates!"

"The family room was extremely small and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a shambles—very disorganised, and if you arrived late, there was very little choice. At times, there was no cutlery or cups available. When booking with Hilton, I expected a certain standard and level of quality, but those expectations have been dispelled. I was really disappointed."

"Budget hotel quality. We were happy with the price of this stay at around £100 per night for four nights. The rating stars were promising but there were a few things that made it feel very budget. The bed and pillows were hard. I didn’t notice too much initially but by the last day I was in quite a lot of pain from my shoulder from sleeping uncomfortably. There were no drink making facilities in the room which I’ve come to expect even from budget chains. The towels were small and the hairdryer was permanently wired into the bathroom, so I had to dry my hair there when I would have preferred to do it in comfort. Also the bar had a very limited snack menu. It was fine and the view was fantastic, but next time I would spend more on a better quality stay. "
