"Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful.
The property also had no air conditioning, which was not made clear beforehand. As a result, the apartment was unbearably hot, and none of...

"The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. "

"There was no prior warning of building works next door. My apartment was next to the building site so from 7am until gone 5pm it was loud and I felt over looked.
The apartment is on a fairly busy road but what was much worse was the train tracks. Every 20 mins a train would go by and the noise was incredibly loud and quite long. This goes on late and starts early. With just one fan I chose to cool my children in the bedroom so either over heated with windows closed or was frequently disturbed...

"Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug. "

"Pretty far from everything. Smell of cigarettes in the building everywhere. If you smoke it’s great I’d assume but I personally can’t handle the smell… especially when trying to sleep. Otherwise beds were amazing 10/10 the showers super clean and very nice! Just wish someone would be more strict about cigarette usage."

"The location was good easy access to train Metro buses and shops
Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The apartment was very noisy, especially when the windows were open, but when we closed the windows it became extremely hot and uncomfortable. (No AC)
The fridge was also not working properly, and there was no freezer at all, which was inconvenient for a family staying for several days.
Overall, the property did not meet our expectations"
