"Had a lovely stay with my partner and nearly one year old baby. Prior to arrival we had paid for parking and the "Baby kit". There was delayed communication about where to park, but it was resolved just in time before we reached Evancy. When we checked-in we immediately saw the "Baby kit" wasn't in the room so we had to go down to tell reception - luckily staff was on hand to sort it out quickly. "A very shabby property. Trust me, don't stay here. It feels like a Soviet block apartment building. And yes, it's on the "beach", which is a stone beach that you could not possibly lay down on. Swimming would be difficult without wearing something to protect your feet when walking on the stones. I booked for three days but only stayed one miserable night. I was overjoyed to leave!"

"The houses are beautiful and the bathrooms were clean. We had lots of rooms and of space! The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. It is super close to the beach, maybe 4 min with the car. There was the option to do laundry. The pools were great, but the small indoor pool was like a greenhouse with glass top and no shade. The big indoor pool was very fun for all of us, but the outdoor section was closed at 38 degrees in July! We had no ceiling fans or standing fans. WIFI did not work...

"This property did not match what was shown online, we arrived at Manor House & it looked completely shut up, we walked to the front of the building to find an entrance & a massive old tree had fallen into the front of the building and it was all taped off! (We had booked after the tree had fallen!) There is, a modern apartment block opposite & we could see the swimming pool & gym through the window eventually we found a way in and discovered it's an old peoples home/ sheltered housing! "We were arriving after official check in time and it took several phone calls to head office to identify the correct number and half a dozen attempts to call, within their busines hours, before someone answered. but once we got through, everything went very smoothly. Really warm welcome from staff, kind and helpful, I hadn't realised how far it was to walk to the centre of Le Crotoy, especially with little legs, but having good quality and affordable bike hire on site was a great asset.
