Hola Marthe, lamentablemente no se como usted pudo evaluar su estancia con nosotros si usted no pudo visitarnos por la pandemia COVID19. Es completamente injusta. Llevamos desde marzo cerrados porque no hay viajes a Cuba.

Very clean, rooms were air conditioned with great shower. Good internet, wonderful breakfast included. Staff was extremely helpful and gave great input on how to get around and where to go.

Habitación limpia, cama y almohada confortables. Buen desayuno. La presión del agua es muy buena, acceso a internet gratuito y trato recibido excelente. 100 % recomendables. Tanto es así que el último día que pasamos en la Habana y no teníamos alojamiento reservado repetimos.

Nous recommandons sans réserve si vous voulez avoir l'occasion de vivre à La Havane dans le confort, entouré de gens serviables, disponibles et sympatiques. En résumé: petit hôtel dans le quartier Vedado. Quartier agréable et vivant pas très éloigné du viel La Havane. Nous rendre au centre-ville en taxi nous coûtait en moyenne 8 CUC par trajet. Édifice bien rénové. La chambre était impeccable, très propre, assez grande. Douche en céramique, eau chaude et bonne pression. Petits déjeuners très copieux. Le propriétaire et les employées sont souriants et très agréables. Aussi très disponibles pour répondre à nos besoins et faciliter notre séjour. À Cuba, la régularité du signal Internet est fluctuante mais dans le hall de l' hôtel le signal était très satisfaisant. Nous avions choisi cet endroit pour explorer La Havane et les environs pendant 14 jours et nous nous félicitons de ce choix.

It was a good stay in Havana. If you dont want to pay arm and leg for the night in Havana center but still want to have a clean and nice place to stay, go for it.

La habitación presentaba deficiencias claras algunos de los aparatos (lamparas) no funcionaban, si bien el espacio era amplio, se apreciaba descuido en el aseo. Las instalaciones eléctricas de los enchufes presentaban riesgo. Una de la murallas estaba cubierta por la cortina, pero se veía claramente que habían estado haciendo algún trabajo,o modificación con el aire acondicionado, el cual se apreciaba que no había sido terminado en las condiciones optimas.

Hola huésped anónimo. Debido a su forma de evaluarnos deduzco que nunca estuvo hospedado con nosotros. La información que brinda sobre nuestro hotel no es cierta. Las luces funcionan perfectamente y tenemos servicio 24 horas de mantenimiento para cambiar una bombilla si es necesario, los aires acondicionados son casi nuevos de marca Carrier y todos bien instalados y sobre los enchufes lamento decirle que son todos universales y protegidos contra accidentes y protección para niños. Imagino que usted debe ser el huésped que no pudo venir a nuestro hotel y me llamó pidiendo la devolución íntegra de su dinero la cual nuestra respuesta fue que la política de cancelación es penalizar con una noche. Entiendo que su enfado le haya llevado a evaluarnos así pero no está bien su actitud ya que a cualquier hotel le hace mucho daño una evaluación incierta. Gracias

Stayed at this property two nights, the room and bathroom was clean, the bed wasn't too comfortable but was ok. The breakfast included was delicious and we were even able to book a massage. Wi-fi was slow but we were happy to have it. This property is not a family home, more like a small hotel. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Overall a great stay, would return.

El hostal está limpio y espacioso, en una calle tranquila. No está céntrico, pero se llega al centro en taxi pagando 5-10 CUC. El wifi funcionaba estupendamente (donde mejor funcionaba de nuestra estancia en Cuba). El desayuno estaba rico, y además nos ayudaron con consejos locales, sitios, etc.

First time to Havana
We stayed 2 nights for a short first time visit to Havana. This is a small basic hotel in a residential area 3 blocks from the Malecon but a quick taxi ride to Old Havana. From the moment we arrived we appreciated the warmth and courteous service by everyone there. It is a cozy, inviting hotel. Very clean, ample breakfast served beautifully😊

Una struttura decente
La struttura si trova in un contesto degradato ma è ben tenuta. Il personale molto disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta . La colazione è buona ed abbondante. Il vero plus è rappresentato dalla disponibilità di un wifi senza costi (una vera eccezione a Cuba) e con sufficientemente efficiente. Un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato per chi vuole rimanere fuori da L'Havana Vecchia

We loved it. They were all amazing and very helpful. The room was clean and as pictured and the staff were super nice. The owner is nice and helpful. The free WiFi is amazing and the free breakfast was delicious. 5 stars for sure.

My daughter and I had the honor of staying at this beautiful B&B. The rooms are spotless and air conditioning keeps the room nice and cool. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They anticipate Needs and make suggestions for excursions. We were warned of rain and provided umbrellas by staff They assisted in scheduling taxis and made great suggestions and directions for exploring the area. We walked to restaurants and grocery store in the area based on suggestions and directions of the staff. The suggestions helped us explore both tourist attractions and unexplored areas of Habana. We also learned a lot about Cuban culture and history from conversations with staff. Breakfast is delicious and made fresh upon order. My daughter and I were very pleased.

Absolut empfehlenswert
Das Hostel war ausgezeichnet, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, rund um die Uhr gibt es Ansprechpersonen, die gerne bei allen möglichen Anliegen weiterhelfen. Der einzig kleine Nachteil war, dass sich das Hostel etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt befindet. Einmal sind wir die Strecke zu Fuß gegangen, war aber bei der Hitze schon eher grenzwertig. Aber die Fahrten mit den Sammeltaxis waren absolut ein Erlebnis und somit war für uns die Unterkunft perfekt. (Von unserer ganzen Kubareise eine der besten Unterkünfte in dieser Preisklasse) Gratis Wlan - hatten wir sonst in keiner einzigen Unterkunft in Kuba!!!

Tu Habana is a delightful find in Havana. The staff on the front desk are the very best. They are friendly and extremely helpful in every way. The facility was very quiet, clean, and refreshing. The breakfast each morning was delicious. The beds were not the most comfortable, but adequate.
