Thank you for your positive remarks about our premises and staff.Apart from the complimentary breakfast included in your reservation, we also offer an à la carte option with an extensive selection and variety to cater to your preferences.Regarding the air conditioning in your room, apparently it was a problem with the control that kept the temperature very cold, we regret what happened and we offered you a 10% discount, not 10 USD as you say.Concerning the price of the bottled water in the minibar, we believe it is reasonably priced. It's possible that our rates may differ from your previous experiences elsewhere, especially if you haven't traveled extensively or stayed in similar accommodations.Regarding the airport transfer, our records show no indication of a complimentary offer extended to you. When you completed the form for airport pickup on our website, it clearly stated that this service is provided free of charge exclusively to guests who book directly through our official website, then I do not understand the reason for their complaint.
