The front desk wasn't so useful if you needed help with transportation or local activities, and there were issues finding the hotel location with GPS and local ride services (there is a sign on the main road but the actual hotel is a ways back on a side road)."

Additionally, I was disappointed to find expired cream sachets in the room. Moreover, there was an inconvenience as I had to request towels during my stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to enhance the guest experience in the future."

"Super bad experience - sewer tank was overflowing potty & urine everywhere smelling very bad, many bed bugs in the room couldn't sleep, blood stains in the bed and pillow, dirtiest mattress I have ever seen, and the toilet were full of stains. It's like a super shady lodge. I have attached a pic for reference. And when I asked the manager he was helpless to do anything and did nothing."
