"Check in was seamless and I was greeted with a welcoming smile. Due to my needs I require a certain room, as this was not available upon check in, they made my room change the next day and made sure all the front desk staff were aware. I really appreciated this, so I didn’t have to keep repeating myself. The staff always greeted you with a hello and a smile and the room was clean and fresh to high standards. I always make sure I stay here when working in Bedford and look forward to staying again...

"There was a pool, sauna and steam room. I went with my 12 year old and there were times kids could use these facilities (and the seating area outside the pool), these were 9-10 and 2 hours (think it was 4-6pm). Under 16s not allowed in the heat rooms. Got towels given to us at the pool to use. Overall a great stay, nice food and kid friendly."

"Nice location. Great amenities. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious but the air conditioning unit was absolutely useless. It was a very warm night and the air conditioner just did not make any difference. So did not sleep very well. The rooms are not very sound proofed so you hear every door slamming shut. The breakfast was extensive and very good with staff on hand to refill as needed."

"Free parking, swimming pool, spacious rooms with the bonus of connecting rooms as my daughter and her family and myself both booked rooms worked out great for us. Breakfast was great, children loved the make your own pancakes in particular! Would 100% visit again. Thankyou for a wonderful stay"

"Clean room exactly as described, and the breakfast was great! A little disappointed that the pool was under refurbishment so we couldn’t use it (and we weren’t made aware beforehand) but it’s something to look forward to next time!
Parking was a £7.50 for overnight which was fair, but would be a bit expensive if staying for multiple nights. Location was great for access to the centre - would recommend."
