"Very satisfied, bed and pillows were excellent, clean and modern hotel, helpful and smiling staff. Aircon was good but switched off a few times, not sure why. Location very good. Pool is fine, but there were no real sunbeds though you can sit in the pool. Recommended if you want modern comfort"

"The room is just right for 2 people, not too spacious but its ok. It has a long desk and a view of the street but sound proof. Comfortable bed and walking distance to tourist spots and dining options. Ibis Vientiane Nam Pho is safe since it is 1 block away from Police station and Presidents Palace. Breakfast is good too, serving hot food. Highly recommended. "

"The hotel welcomed us like coming back to my home. Staff was staying at each corner, so it was very easy to ask any requests to the staff whenever I want. The ambience is like 1930’s, which takes me back to the good old time, and it matches to the Laos’s calm & slow atmosphere. The most grateful thing I’ve had was that the hotel staff arranged the one day tour from the hotel to Vang Vieng even though I’d asked them few days before. The bfast is from 730-10am, basic but variety of fruits. The hotel is in the heart of the city, walkable from all sightseeing places and evn the Central Bus station and airport bus drop-off.
