"Room was very clean and staff was excellent. Evelators was a big issue, though it had 6 elevators for the Rainbow Tower, it was almost impossible to get into an elevator due to number of people (and how the elevators work), almost always needed to skip 2-3 evelators to find place on one (both going up and down). The pool and other amenities were excellent. All the options for breakfast, lunch and dinner were really good. Overall loved the stay and would definitely visit again."

"My stay at Alohilani was ok. There are some clear pros and cons. Pros first, the location and view were excellent. Concierge and valet are great, very prompt and helpful. The food and service at Swell was enjoyable also. Cons, the halls smell strongly of mildew. The pool area leaves a lot to be desired; you must be in the pool to see the view. The room is cramped with very little counter space. The bathroom has a strange setup, shower in the corner with a small wall and no shower...

"Overall a clean place to stay. Location is so-so. Homeless population is really bad at night. The marina is not clean and has an odor at all times. Valet staff was great and gave us our best recommendations. Workout facilities and pool are small. Pool doesn’t seem set up for casual lounging. Cleaning staff came everyday which was great. " rooms very clean, had afternoon drinks at the bar,staff helpful in showing us all the breakfast, lunch, dinner menus. We had a very late lunch and it was to close at 400pm. We wanted to try the fish and chips and staff was very accommodating even though it was close to closing the lunch menu, fish/chips excellent, fish so fresh!! we're coming again for fourth of July weekend for our anniversary and looking forward to our trip again!!!"
