"The Andaz is just beautiful. We loved the location, the pool and the activities they offered. The only downside was the pool chairs were hard to get with so many people putting their stuff down and then disappearing all day. They could have enforced this better. But overall we would love to stay again!"

"The location, staff, pools, food, grounds and cleanliness of rooms and buildings was top notch. The shops and nearby restaurants were easily assessable and fun to visit. The private over water cabanas and luau were a wonderful addition. I loved swimming with a sea turtle on the beach in front of resort grounds. "

"Roaches, bugs, rusty appliances, appliances didn’t work. Aesthetically it was disappointing. There were no matching towels. The silverware didn’t match. The closet doors didn’t close, the mirrors were chipped.. I specifically asked the rental company if the property was updated and they said it was tiptop condition. It’s a total lie."
