Very practical location. Many options for restaurants and small shops around. Easy access to the beach - beautiful beach very close by. The property is gorgeous and has a nice pool and hot tub!

The only thing I would have liked is if the outlets were replaced. Naturally over time these outlets get worn and the plugs won’t be properly secured. There are quite a few around the unit that need to be changed out. Other than that, all the accommodations were great!

We loved our stay at the Maui Kamaole 100%! It was everything we could ask for in a guest experience. Beautiful condo! Privacy and relaxation were abundant! Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable with all questions and concerns. The grounds were very beautiful. It’s close to shopping, highways, beaches and restaurants. We would recommend it to anyone and will probably return again!

We have stayed at another condo at this property before and loved it so we decided to stay again. This time we had a bigger group and chose a different condo to accommodate. It was a great size and we loved the location. The condo had plenty of space and very close to Kamaole I, II and III. The one thing that we didn't like were the tiny ants in the kitchen. We're aware that ants live everywhere but it was still disappointing when they ended up in one of the cereal boxes.

Family of 4 with 2 kids, 9 and 7 yrs. 4 nights. The good: Location is amazing. Condo unit backs up right up to the pool so that was amazing for our kids. Unit is also closer to the main road so it’s a short walk to the beach across the street. Unit is spacious with the basic necessities. Ample washing pods for laundry which is really great. The unit is also stocked with beach amenities like chairs, toys, umbrellas, towels, pool noodles and cooler. The condo is an older one which we didn’t mind at all. The property grounds are well kept. Parking is really close and has visitors parking for friends. They also have a rinsing station by the parking to wash off the sand before going into the condo. Check in was easy. Everything was provided to us via email and text. There some confusion about our parking spot but I figured it out the spot # is provided after you register the car or if you go into the unit first. The registration office can also let you know but we arrived after they closed. Things to improve: As mentioned, communication about parking spot would make check in flawless. Showers could use a refresh as we prefer a stronger one especially trying to wash off the sand. The Murphy bed could use tightening as it rattles when you move while sleeping. It woke us up at night. What impacted the rating the most are the tiny ants(?) that were all over the kitchen. We also saw a few roaches 1st and last day. I heard that’s common on the island?

The shower in the 2nd bath by kitchen shower head was like razor blades!!! Horrible!!! Painful!! Check in for vehicle was ridiculous! Couldn’t register my car!! Than threatened I’d better do it. I tried and tried.Patio by bedroom couldn’t open door to sit out there! Not cleaned. Would have Been nice to sit there for breakfast meal.

The property is well cared for by the owner, we would defiantly go back. It was conveniently located and had all the comforts of home, including beach towels, beach chairs, laundry soap etc and right across the street from the beach and open space.

The property has been there for a long while, well stocked, has enough items that usually needed. The beds are fine. However, the property shows its age, needs more care. Some of the things not working well, they just leave a note, like one of the shower knob is loosing, they just tell guests do not pull knob. The decor is old. Some artificial flowers are so dusty make you doubt the cleanliness of the place. The worst is there were many many roaches! When try to make some coffee, there were roaches came out of the coffee pot. When you open the drawer there were roaches running also. Very gross. In addition, many tiny spiders on the bathroom counters.

The location is very convenient. The management is also very easy to communicate with. And it is surprising that they provide all the equipment you need for a vacation here. Very considerate.

Great place to stay! Great location!

This vacation home was comfortable and clean. It is a little bit dated but we were still very happy staying there. The location is perfect as the beach is just across the street, and there's plenty of shopping & fun places to eat right off the main street. My kids loved the large balcony and comfortable feel of this condo. The emailed confirmations were great also! The only issue we had was the washing machine. It is extremely loud.
