"We had our lock break on our door after returning at 2:30am from a wonderful Queen Mary haunted tour ( so good !!! ) the staff was so great . 😃 Great job to the late night and opening front desk / maintenance crew . Property is in a perfect location. Thanks again"

"The hotel in and of itself was good. However, the airport shuttle was always packed and getting on the shuttle was not guaranteed. Plan a minimum of 40 minutes wait time for shuttle each way to and from LAX. Also save yourself $20 by getting McD's breakfast next door."

"The air conditioning in our room didn’t work very well. We asked to have someone look at it, but didn’t notice a difference. We were also hoping for more fresh fruit options. There were only apples and cut up oranges. The canned pineapple and fruit cocktail were not appealing options. Friendly, helpful staff and the kids area was cute! We didn’t make it to the pool but it was being used by a few families."
