"The whole place should be shut down the pool was closed because of health inspections and my bed was broken and I woke up and ants were crawling all over me I have pictures where I had brought food back from breakfast went to bathroom came back ants all over the food after I woke up to a few crawling on me sleeping I took pictures too showed front desk supposed to refund something we’ll see. "

"Accidentally booked 2 rooms a couple hours before showing up, and they made me pay for 2 rooms. Simple accident, but all sales are final, so travel insurance is a waste of money and a scam. The chairs were filthy like some kind of substance was dumped on them. The carpet looked like someone walked through with greasy boots. The bathroom sink was completely clogged and couldn’t drain. The bathroom walls had splatter from the toilet. The ceilings looked like it had mold growing on it. Would not stay here. Last but not least, the room above me sounded like they were running a paper mill. I don’t know what it was, but it was so loud I couldn’t hardly sleep. I stayed at the Hampton next door in the past, and that’s where I’ll be going in the future."
